I have a sheet of 10 columns. I have created a form out of it. First 5 needs to be filled by one person initially. However, remaining 5 fields needs to be filled by other persons (multiple persons) at same time and also at other times in some cases. How should I fix this? What is the best solution for this?

If one person is allocated 100% for one week then being allocated at 50% the task should take two weeks, etc. Another case may also be useful. I'm using resource allocation to calculate schedule duration but the schedule isn't updating to reflect the allocation. Why didn't resource allocation (other than 100%) change task duration?
