Data From for not populating Sheet
Hi. I have a form and a sheet created. The data from the form is not populating the sheet. When I go into Manage Forms, it shows 37 submissions, but I do not see this on the sheet itself. I checked the entire sheet, and there is nothing. Thoughts?

Workflow getting triggered even when condition isn't met
I have a workflow with the trigger filter as shown in the attached pic. Approval requests further down in the workflow are getting sent out even when 'Type of Status Change' is 'Promotion'. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks!
