Smaller scale steps on the vertical axis
I have used a template for my dashboard and now I need help with the grading of the vertical axis.The scale steps are too large for my purposes, so that I cannot see any bars for smaller values. Does anyone know how I can make the steps closer or smaller?

Cell formula identification
The blue arrow used to identify a cell containing a formula has disappeared from my sheets. The formulas are still in the cells but, it now makes it difficult to know what formulas are properly being auto-filled to adjacent rows. Is there a setting that I may have turn it off so these are no longer visible?
