Deleting columns in conditional formatting
Currently, deleting a column used in a conditional formatting condition requires you to go into the rule and manually remove the column. Would love to have SmartSheet prompt you to confirm you mean to delete, then remove those columns from the rule without having to manually update it.

Include option in dashboard widget settings for open in new tab
I'd like there to be a new option in the dashboard widget settings to allow the choice of whether shortcut links are opened in a new tab or the same tab. This includes Smartsheet items (which currently don't open in new tab).

Date Logic in Form
In forms it is not uncommon to have a Start and End date for any reason (mine is for PTO). It would be very helpful if there could be some logic added to Date fields to compare with other Date fields.
