Default Search Should be Current Sheet
Hi, I frequently search for accounts by account #. I have tons of sheets with this same data in it. It would be nice to search by the current sheet as a default and if you want to expand then you can. Be a huge time saver for my team.

Allow formulas to function in reports
Currently formulas do not update while in a report. If a value changes, you must refresh the report or window to see the updated formula. This creates a lot of confusion since we use reports to gather updates, which results in me being told "your smartsheet is broken" because the formula columns do not update.

Pause all Automations. Helps when making sheet changes
We collaborate with a lot of people. Not uncommon to see 30+ automations. Working on large projects, we make changes to log sheets for time to time when the need arises. These changes will often trigger many automations. It would be very helpful to pause all automations, make sheet changes, then reactivate the automations.

I recently had an unlicensed user with Admin permissions delete several sheets that I own. I was able to recover them since they fell into my deleted folder. User Report - Pending Invitations
I would like to see a report in Resource Management that shows which users have accepted their invitations, and which ones are pending. This would make it easier to follow up with users who may be having difficulty joining.

Email from Smartsheet to all shared users.
Whether its a sheet, report or dashboard, the need for changes, updates or additions arise. It would be very helpful to go into "Share" and have the option to email (notify) all shared users to explain or elaborate on changes to a sheet or report or new items added to a dashboard.
