Our organization is migrating to Tableau Cloud from Tableau Server later this year. We are currently building integration to Tableau Server and would like to smoothly transition to Tableau Cloud.
At the moment smartsheet looks very "spreadsheet heavy" style, not a great look or ease of use for creative and marketing team that want to see a more modern, attractive application and that are looking to brand all documents that go to our clients. A modern look and feel can definitely increase adoption.
It would be a great addition to be able to transfer not only files from one user to the next but also any and all file and folder hierarchy structures they have as well. Even if it is nothing more than an audit list outlining the hierarchy, having that information would do wonders. Especially for deactivated users.

Would love to see that pictures can be added as a feature onto forms. This would help with creating a customer order form. Ideally, being able to display a photo with description and option to select would be helpful
