Group Columns in Grid
Hi! I use a really large grid-style Smartsheet to track all aspects of project development and health. It would be very helpful to have a way of grouping columns. Rename Bridge Workflows and Workspaces
Bridge is a lot of trial and error, and because of that we don't always know what a workflow should be named when we start. It would be incredibly helpful if we were able to change the name of workflows and workspaces at any time in the development.

Option to Not Include Sheet Link on Notifications
Frequently notifications are sent to users that do not have sheet access. Add the ability to delete or deactivate many users at the same time. Currently this has to be done one by one so this feature would save a lot of time.

Deactivate form after set # of entries/submissions OR by date

In order to mitigate password vulnerabilities and attacks, please add multi-factor authentication to Smartsheet. It's a security best practice and most SaaS applications (such as Smartsheet) already has this integration available.

Numbers only column
There should be an option to make a column numbers only. I've had trouble with sum functions, only to find that people have made 'non-numeric' entries in fields that are intended only for dollar amounts. When this happens, I have to go in and find all the non-numeric entries and delete them to get the sum function to work.…
