Can't resolve view only status
My user is in view only and we can't change it. My user was granted enterprise access and I've request admin access and been assigned it but my user still is view only. I was able to to do everything and I had to renew my license on my user, which is fixed. Sheets that I had created I can't even edit.

Smartsheet Desktop App not maximising
I see there has been a problem discussed in the past where the PC App won't maximize to full screen, this is still an issue, but only seems to be in the European Version. I had a Default / US account and the app does maximize properly when logged in there, anyone else struggling with this?

How do I get the Windows Desktop app to go full screen?
We cannot get the Windows Desktop app to go full screen. It only apears in a window and the double arrow ikon (which I would assume is to expand the window) doesn't work?

How long do I really have to wait after importing users?
I tried to open a ticket and it only lets me talk to the AI and the AI is AD (Artificial Dumb). I imported 10 users and none of them are appearing in the user panel. How long does this process take?
