Formula to automatically check the checkbox in a "complete" column
I'm using RYGG balls to indicate the status of a row. Grey represents complete as a colour. When a cell is changed to grey in the status column, I'd like for the checkbox in the "complete" column to automatically be checked. What formula would I create to complete this task?

hiding columns or data for certain users
I'd like to add budget data to a project sheet but hide that info from certain users. Is this possible? And is it possible to have the sum of amounts in sub-tasks appear in the cell of the main task?
I have played around with templates and looked through the help center but I have not been able to locate any information on showing planned vs actual timelines. Does Smartsheet have the ability to show a baseline or are there any workarounds?

I need to make some columns as required when sending an update request. Is there any work-around for this? If not, then can you add my vote as new feature request?
Feature Request: Static formula's for a column
My Sheets are heavly Forumula laiden and this, in itself creates an issue insofar as each time I create new rows I have to ensure all my formulas are copied from a blank row. I'd love to be able to define a formula inside a column that means that the formula is ALWAYS used whenever a new row is inserted etc.
