Feature Request: view attachment thumbnails inline of comments

auto fill / populate cells
I am tying to automate some cells in smart sheet, for example If I put in an emplyees name in a column cell then I would like to have next column cell automaticaly fill in their phone number, next column cell will put in their email etc. Thank you for any help. SM

Printing Comments
I just printed out my sheet with the comments. The comments were in a seporate section that shared the row that they were assocated with it. Is there a way to get the comments to be printed with the original line? Or at least an indicator that there are comments for this part of the project? Thanks
