Create a live copy of my sheet
I would like to be able to re-order my sheet without the parenting hierarchy in place. I was thinking that if I create a live copy that is always up to date but does not have the parenting information this would be easy. Resource utilization across projects
Is there a way to see the TASKS a resource is assigned to, across projects? The Resource View only shows which projects and overall Allocation %, I want to see the specific tasks. Thanks!
Saving Errors
Hello, I am recently unable to save changes made in Smartsheet. I have tried everything that I can think of to get around this glitch, but nothing is working. Has anyone else run into this problem before? See screen shot attached. Thanks!
Sort Column based on a Time
Is there a way to sort a column that contains a Time. There doesn't seem to be a way to format the field as Time format, only Date, Text/Number. And number doesn't work on 12 hour entries. Any ideas? Thank you

Changing a Licesned User
Hi Team, Quick question - we have 3 licensed users. One of them will be leaving our business shortly, so I want to replace that user and give the license to another user. Parent/Children Conditions
I'm new to Smartsheet and am trying to set up a regular monthly task list. I have certain "parent" tasks, and under each are a few sub-tasks or "Children". I have a checkbox to show that each line is complete. Is there a formula in the Parent row to check the box if all boxes are checked in the Children rows?
