Form Users Being Required to Sign In
Hello, I have a form that's set so that anyone with the link can use it. However, some users are being required to sign in. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Report Filter Message
This is so annoying. Please make it go away. I tried to find a previous message about this, which I'm sure exists and might be an enhancement request, but was unsuccessful in that search. It makes setting up a new report an absolutely hateful experience.
