Formula not calculating for each row automatically. Have to fill down.
Have a sheet that is populated by a form. The sheet has a column that has the formula: =IF([Tier Score]@row <= 17, "Tier 3", IF([Tier Score]@row <= 25, "Tier 2", IF([Tier Score]@row >= 26, "Tier 1"))) But when someone submits a new row, the formula does not fill down to calculate. I have to manually fill down.

Sheet Summary % Complete

Health ball question
I tried to search how to do this formula, and I feel like I'm really close, however it just isn't right. I am looking to write a formula where it will show the "health" of an error percentage. 0% is green; 1<50% is yellow; 50%< is red Where 0% is green; 1-50% is yellow and over 50% is red. Thank you!
