Data Shuttle with MS Teams
We are downloading data from our operating software, and saving it in MS Teams, with Data Shuttle pulling information into Smartsheet. It works fine, as long as the file in MS Teams is open, which is not ideal. Any suggestions on why the file in MS Teams has to be open and how do I get around that?
