Dynamic drop down Data Shuttle not working
Tried both options of Data Shuttle workflows (upload and offload), but neither is working. I've followed the help article available, but it's not working. Getting stuck at the "map column" section, where it always says that column is not mapped. Any help is much appreciated.

WORKFLOW PURPOSE: first it gathers and populates our entire users list to a sheet. This child workflow is supposed to use /users/{{userId}} to populate the DETAILS of each user onto the matching row that was just populated. WIll there be integretion between calendar and Outlook like there is with Google?
I was able to download the calendar and enter it to my Outlook, however, the connection is not a live one. If I make any changes to my calendar in Smartsheet, I would have to download and upload again. I see that there is integration with Google. Will there ever be with Outlook?

Data Shuttle isn't updating
Is anyone else having problems? I have tried saving the xlsx file differently, tried using a different field as a unique identifier, etc. My sheet doesn't update, and I know there are changes in the excel file! Nothing is locked and all the columns are text/number.
