What's the difference between Bridge and regular automations?

Added a new template to Control Center but I can't make global updates to it
Hi Smartsheet Community, I created a template and added it to our Control Center template. I would now like to make global updates to every version we have of it in each workspace but it's not working as it should. Would you be able to know how I can quickly fix it? Many thanks, Kristina

Connector issue
we are having a problem with our connector. Previously with this workflow, it was pulling a field called "Severity" into the smartsheet. Now it stopped pulling in that field without us making any changes. Can you help figure out what is happening?
