Task name gets deleted
This is making smartsheet unusable. If a row is highlighted for a few seconds then task name gets deleted. Even if the mouse is out of context. Need help ASAP.

Report does not print Gantt (PDF) for all users
I have a report that shows the Gantt on the screen. Most users can export the report to PDF and the Gantt shows in the PDF. I have one user that cannot get the Gantt to show up in the PDF. Task Name data not available from SSIS odbc connection
I have developed an SSIS package to read Smartsheet data, and then export the data into SQL database. I managed to export the data but noticed the Task Name, % Complete, Status fields are returning NULL values. This doesn't make sense because these fields are populated with data on Smartsheet.
