Search/Scan barcode function within dynamic view or work app
Addition of the scan function to search a specific number within a work app could provide a more efficient search function for work apps that display a lot of data. For example, for our tool inventory we use a unique tool number for each item of tooling in our inventory. The user searches the specific tool to then "issue"β¦

Disable the blue hover box over name of Smartsheet menu item
Disable the blue box that shows up when you hover over the name of a Smartsheet item that is too long to display (see screenshot in PDF). The blue box shows the full name of the item your cursor is hovering over. This is extremely annoying and we should be given the option to disable it. Thanks!

Automation to Auto-Collapse a Row

Ability to Hyperlink to sheet with a preferred filter on
I would like to be able to set hyperlinks to other sheets with select filters on. I've attempted to do this by setting a public filter, and then copying the URL, however this has intermittent results. If I set a hyperlink to the same sheet but different filters and try to open them both it will just open with the sameβ¦

Allow option to keep Approved by for Proofers
Since we have many levels of proofing, first to the merchandising team, then to the Customer, then to the Licensed Brand, would be nice to keep all of the people who approved in the approved by column instead of wiping them away each time we send to another group, as since we need all their approvals to print, it's notβ¦

Attachment file size value per sheet
Our company is currently on the Business Plan, and as such are limited to 1TB file storage. BTW - We're keen to remain on Business, and not upgrade to Enterprise. Report: Right-Click Header, "Group by this Column" and "Summarize this Column"
In Reports, It would be GREAT to be able to right click on a column header and add that column as a group or a summary. The options would be: 1. Group by this Column 2. Summarize this Column And then when you go to the GROUP or SUMMARIES menu, you can then select how you want it summarized or grouped.

transfer license and content
Right now as an admin, whenever I am removing a license from one individual (and I have used all my available licenses), I have to transfer ownership of content to myself, deactivate a license, activate a new one, and then transfer ownership of that content from me to the new license holder.
