Enable activity log download via API
We would like to automatically obtain & process access data for dashboards and/or sheets, to determine usage. Ideally, we'd like an API endpoint which allows to perform these pulls with the same parameters as currently provided by the manual download.

Searchable comments
I use the comments field to track interactions with clients, meeting notes, emails, etc. But when I want to go back and search for a keyword, or a certain message, it's a pain. I have to open each comment and search through by hand, sure would be nice if that would be searchable!

Contact Groups for everyone
Luckily, I am a system admin and I can add, remove people from groups, but if anyone needs someone added to a group, they have to wait on me to do it. It would be great for others to be able to use groups for the org (created by an admin) or to be able to create their own groups to use within their team.
