Template sets for EU users
Could be all templates available for US users be also available for EU users? I can't see a reason why some templates are only allowed for US Smartsheets users.

Adding more country phone drop-downs
We are working with different countries in the world. When they submit a form we need drop-downs for their countries. Can a more exhaustive list of phone drop downs be added. We currently have a great growth of work in the Southern Africa region. Can we have Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe added quickly! Thank you

Reorganizing the order things appear in Workspaces
It would be really helpful if we could reorganize the sheets, reports, and dashboards in Workspace. Currently it is set up alphabetically, which is really messy for my purposes, and I would love to be able to move my guide dashboard to the top, even though its name is not alphabetically first.

Add Comments to Approval Workflow
Include a comments section to the current approval workflow (currently only approve or decline), this would be helpful when an approver has a question or comment about a pending approval.

Numerical Sorting
Smartsheet does not sort properly by numbers when you get above 9. Currently, it'll sort 1, 10, 11, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 rather than 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the only way to fix it right now is by adding a character in front of the ones below 10.

Display Allocation percentage in time and hours report
The reports run in time and hours display incurred hrs. We do allocation as percentage of a resource time. Can we have the allocation percentage added in the report?. I am able to calculate the percentage in the dashboard, but the advanced report synchronization overwrites it
