Right Alignment of the text at the top of the column
Hi in Hebrew we right from right to left therefore, we need to have the text Right Aligned rather than Left Aligned at the top of the column(header-column description) and it can't be done today thanks Yuval

Hi, The Hebrew text we write from right to left, therefore we need to attach the column header to the right of the column (and it can't be done) as it can be done in the cells. Can somebody think of work around or I need to request new feature? thanks Yuval

Add 'sort order' to Filter Views
I love the Filter Views feature in Smartsheet, but it would be really useful to include Sorting options in the Filter View dialog as well. Some of my filter views require sorting by different columns, and currently it's a bit annoying have to manual sort each time I change a view.
