Time slots on calander?
We have a machine we want our coworkers to start requesting, daily and hourly. So if Joe wants to use the machine, he could go to the calendar and see an empty time slot between 1pm-2pm and he would be able to block that time out. Does smartsheet have anything like that? Collapse/Expand All in Grid View
It would be so incredibly valuable to be able to Expand/Collapse all parent/child rows in the grid view. We have this option in Timeline View and if this was also available in grid view, so much time would be saved. The functionality and ease of use would be greatly improved.

I've created a Dashboard with links to all of the forms that employees may need to submit (mileage reimbursements, equipment check out, injury reporting, etc.). If I share the dashboard with an "All User" group will they be able to access and submit all of the forms on the dashboard?
