I am trying to copy the data from a Business Problem cell to a Project Description cell without impacting/changing previous entries. Is it possible to create a single automation workflow that copies/replicates data from "Business Problem" into "Project Description" in the same worksheet? I tried the column formula route…

Generate documents not working
the "generate documents" function is not working, it keeps hanging in the backgound job. Same with trying to download, also keeps hanging. This is accross multiple sheets, the documents are not generated. Anyone who can assist?`

Document Mapping Not Working
I have a document template that I've used for a couple of years now set up to Map to a PDF document. It suddenly is not downloading. I've tried resaving, restarting smartsheet, restarting my laptop with no success. I'm not sure if it is a system glitch or how to get this working, short of having to start over.
