hello, I need help with data mesh automation
How do I make data mesh automatically update from the report it is coming from? I have to continuously delete all in the mesh, re-add the vlookup value it looks for to mesh. I need it to update at least once per day on it's own.
What USM License type can edit Smartsheet Sheet via the Teams integration?
We have moved to the new User Subscription Model (USM) and many of our users share their Sheets with internal and external users. If they are external, they are considered a Guest and no license is required. For internal users, do they have to be a Member to edit or can they be a Viewer?
Workapps Home Page Going away?
Workapps is the greatest thing I have come across in 20+ years of process and portfolio management. Having users login to Workapps.smartsheet.com is awesome. All of there processes or department are in their own Workapp. No reason to go to a clunky or over loaded home page, no need for shortcuts to all these differentβ¦
Power Automate and Smartsheet
I want to use Power Automate to send a professionally formatted email with Smartsheet data embedded in it. For example, Power Automate would receive the person's name, email, and pre-filled form's link text (instead of a long URL) and compose/send an email. I know Zapier can do this, but our team doesn't want to pay forβ¦
Data Shuttle Attachment Issues
As of Thursdays 11/14 I have had issues getting a data shuttle workflow to run on attachment. It has work flawlessly over the past 2 years but stopped working yesterday. Jira Cloud Team not syncing to Smartsheet using Jira Connector
I setup a new Smartsheet and am connecting it to Jira Cloud. All fields are syncing properly except the Team field. I have the column set up as text number but have also tried it as a Drop Down list. Neither have worked. I am not seeing any errors with the sync. Has anyone successfully synced the Teams field from Jiraβ¦

Dynamic View is missing drop down list items
I have a Dynamic View that is filtered using the "Restrict view by sheet filter" so the view only shows a certain users assigned projects. Each project has one or more resources. The "resources" column is a drop down list of all persons' names. I noticed in my Dynamic View that some names are not showing up as an optionβ¦
