Revision to change tracking

Creating a report from a dropdown list value
I am trying to create a report that will pull in all rows that are under a certain value in a dropdown list. However, when going through the report builder, the dropdown list is blank (picture 1) although my actual dropdown list is populated (picture 2). Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? Prevent a past date being selected

Is it possible to change the weekends to Fri/Sat for daily update reminders?
I've already setup my account to Fri/Sat weekends but when I select Update Reminders > Daily > Weekdays it sends them from Mon-Fri
