Unhide specific columns on a sheet
Instead of unhiding all columns to find one or two that are needed, it'd be great to be able to unhide specific ones, like Excel does with Tabs.

Automatically Sort Rows in Sheets
As rows get added & cell values change, it would great if we could automatically sort them in the sheets themselves instead of having to set up reports. Adding the ability to do this in a workflow would be a fantastic addition. Right now we have to do it manually.

OR condition to be added to Conditional formatting
I would like to request the ability to add 'OR' logic to conditional formatting rules. Currently, formatting is limited to 'AND' conditions. Having an 'OR' option would allow us to apply the same formatting to a row if any of multiple criteria are met, rather than needing to create several separate, redundant rules.

Standardizing Contact Lookups
I have a 'Project Manager' contact column that pulls the Team Lead via a mesh. However, since the Project Manager is sometimes entered as a name and other times as an email ID, the Team Lead cannot be pulled consistently. I need to fix this so the lookup works regardless of the entry format.
