Formula to match on two Fields
Hello I am trying to create a formula to match on CUSTOMER NAME and also if Region field is NOT BLANK, can have any text. Here is what I have but it is NOT working.. =COUNTIFS({Remitco FIle Range 1},"",{Remitco FIle Range 14},ISTEXT) Not sure what I am missing... new at smartsheet… :)

Workflow to move rows with cross sheet references
I understand that if I create a workflow to move rows with cross sheet references into a new sheet, that the cells with my formulas will not maintain the reference. Is there a way to move those rows and have them retain the values only from that initial reference?

I'm doing Employee Survey form in Smartsheet when I need to create and type "Comments" field 6 times. It won't let me because "column name is already in use in this sheet". Is there a limitation in terms of adding Text Box / Comments box after each question so respondent may add their notes/comments.
