It would be helpful if a System Admin or new role had access to all workspaces, sheets, dashboards and reports. Currently, we don't have a way to see how the organization is using Smartsheet. I can run a Sheet Access report, but, I don't have the ability to see how Smartsheet is being used.

Limit Characters for Generate Documents
We need the ability to limit characters for situations like generating documents. If a user enters too many characters the data runs off the page. I found a workaround, but it requires sending the request back to the requestor. If it could limit from the onset there would be less manual effort.

Auto-Save
The save duration is too long: 1 minute when we are not processing, when we are processing we have to keep pressing save. Is it possible to save automatically when entered? Or shorten the duration to 5-10 seconds. Even Gsheet can save automatically :/

Adding Images in Form Body and Descriptions
Currently, I am using Google form to capture responses because of the easy creation logic using section builder and adding images to the questions. It would be great if the smartsheet form had the same capability as google form with easy creation of logical questions by adding images with the questions.
